At the heart of our studio lies Reformer Pilates - a mindful, full-body movement practice that strengthens, lengthens, and rebalances both body and mind.
Using the reformer we guide clients through precise, flowing movements designed to build core strength, improve posture, and create long, lean muscles. But beyond the physical, reformer Pilates is an inward journey: it’s about awareness, breath, and connection.
Each session is carefully curated to meet you where you are - whether you’re new to Pilates or deepening your practice.
Expect a considered blend of strength and softness, challenge and calm, movement and stillness. In our space, Reformer Pilates becomes more than exercise. It’s an invitation to slow down, to move with intention, and to rediscover your strength - inside and out.

Our Mat Pilates classes bring you back to the essence of classical movement - simple, intentional, and grounded. Working with just your body and breath, these sessions focus on strength from within: strengthening the core, improving posture, and creating lasting balance throughout the body.
Each class flows mindfully - based in the fundamentals of classical pilates, slow, precise, and purposeful - inviting you to tune in, reconnect, and find space between effort and ease.

Whilst Pilates is at our core, we believe true wellness comes from exploring movement in all its forms. From stretch and functional mobility classes that awaken the body, to grounding yoga sessions that calm the mind, to strength-based training that builds confidence and power - every offering is designed to help you feel connected, capable, and whole.
We also hold restorative experiences such as sound baths, breathwork, and guided relaxation - inviting stillness, balance, and a deeper sense of self.
Each practice is rooted in our belief that movement is medicine - not just for the body, but for the mind and spirit too. Together, these experiences form a holistic journey of strength, softness, and self-discovery - where you can move, breathe, and simply be.
Hannah is the Mat class Queen! Hannah's mat classes are accessible for all and Hannah is great at amending exercises to suit different mobilities. These small classes use a range of equipment and are the BEST way to learn about your own strengths/weaknesses/flexibility. Hannah's mat classes have undoubtedly made my reformer practice better!
