Our yoga offering is a space to slow down, tune in, and move with intention – supporting both body and mind through practices that restore balance and create ease.
We offer a thoughtful blend of styles to meet you where you are. Hatha yoga invites steadiness and strength through slower, held postures, building awareness and control. Flow-based classes bring a more dynamic energy – linking breath to movement in a continuous, fluid sequence that builds heat, focus, and presence. Somatic yoga offers a softer, more intuitive approach – using gentle, exploratory movement to release tension, improve mobility, and deepen your connection to how your body feels from within.
