Built from the classical pilates practice you’ll focus on alignment, breath, core control, mobility, and strength - helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay deeply connected to your body. But beyond the physical, reformer Pilates is an inward journey: it’s about awareness, breath, and connection.

Each exercise is taught with clear options and progressions, so you can work at your own level within the same class. This is a practice that evolves with you, with the opportunity to build intensity as your strength and confidence grow.

Our yoga offering is a space to slow down, tune in, and move with intention – supporting both body and mind through practices that restore balance and create ease.

We offer a thoughtful blend of styles to meet you where you are. Hatha yoga invites steadiness and strength through slower, held postures, building awareness and control. Vinyasa Flow brings a more dynamic energy – linking breath to movement in a continuous, fluid sequence that builds heat, focus, and presence. Somatic movement offers a softer, more intuitive approach – using gentle, exploratory movement to release tension, improve mobility, and deepen your connection to how your body feels from within.

Each class encourages you to move in a way that feels supportive, spacious, and sustainable for wherever you are that day. Our Mat Pilates classes bring you back to the essence of classical movement - simple, intentional, and grounded. Working with just your body and breath, these sessions focus on strength from within: strengthening the core, improving posture, and creating lasting balance throughout the body.

Each class flows mindfully - based in the fundamentals of classical pilates, slow, precise, and purposeful - inviting you to tune in, reconnect, and find that space between effort and ease.
