The Space is a wellness studio created to bring together like-minded people, expert teachers, and a shared love of intentional living. It’s a place where movement meets meaning, and where every class, conversation and moment is part of something bigger than just a workout.

Here, we believe wellness isn’t about rushing, fixing or striving - it’s about showing up, gently and consistently, in a space that supports you. Through pilates, mindful movement and restorative practices, we create an environment where strength meets softness, and where you’re invited to slow down, tune in and feel truly at home in your body.

More than a studio, The Space is a community - a place to move together, breathe together, and grow together. A space to connect with others, learn from experts, and evolve in a way that feels grounded, supported and real.

  • Hannah is the Mat class Queen! Hannah's mat classes are accessible for all and Hannah is great at amending exercises to suit different mobilities. These small classes use a range of equipment and are the BEST way to learn about your own strengths/weaknesses/flexibility. These mat classes have undoubtedly made my reformer practice better!

  • Hannah's Beginner Reformer Pilates classes are an excellent introduction to reformer for beginners. Hannah is so knowledgeable and is great at explaining moves and stretches. She really helps to build confidence in a friendly, fun, and calm environment.

  • Hannah brings the spice! Classes have great flow, they are challenging, and Hannah's created a really fun, trusting, and safe environment for us to push ourselves out of our comfort zones. 100% recommend getting up early to join this class!

  • Hannah is personally my favourite Pilates instructor! She is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Her early morning classes always leave me feeling refreshed and re-energised leading me to have a great day. I couldn’t recommend Hannah enough!! xx
