Ashtanga Yoga

This class moves through the Ashtanga Modified Primary Series (MPS), linking postures together in a steady, rhythmic flow that synchronises breath with movement. Often described as a moving meditation, the practice builds heat in the body while improving balance, mobility and overall body awareness.
Classes are suitable for all levels, with options and guidance offered throughout - allowing beginners to feel supported whilst giving more experienced practitioners the opportunity to refine and progress their practice.
